The Ford Mustang is as icon of performance, it can flex its muscle just about anywhere and the general road detritus buildup on the windscreen may find you with filthy window glass more often than not and you'll have to use the onboard windscreen washer system to clean it. The end result will be you having to refill the washer bottle more regularly, and we are going to show you how and where.

You will need:

 

  • Washer fluid or clean water

 

 

Let's get started!

 

1. Open the bonnet.

 

2. Locate the washer fluid bottle, usually marked with a yellow cap

 

3. Open the cap and fill with clean water up to the full mark.

 

4. Close cap and bonnet.

 

5. Test system to ensure it works sufficiently.
