The Ford Everest is highly popular among outdoor enthusiasts, families, and families who enjoy the outdoors. It's an able-bodied, hardy vehicle that is built to withstand everything that 2021 and beyond can throw at it.
If you've decided on buying an Everest, we think it's an excellent choice. But what colours are available, and do you have to pay extra for some of them?
We selected the base model for the purpose of this exercise, the Everest 2.2TDCi XLS 6AT 2WD. It's pictured below in a solid colour namely Frozen White, which is the most popular colour in South Africa. However, if you like to stand out, there are more interesting colours available at R 1 260, which is not expensive. I know my favourite is Copper Red Metallic!
Frozen white may be free and a little boring, but it's always easier to sell later on.
This colour, Colorado red, is also known as Lucid Red in other derivatives, but it's also free. It may be a bit loud for some.
A little more mysterious than the usual silver, this Moondust Silver Metallic colour is subtle but striking. It's also priced at R 1 260.
Agate Black Metallic is a winner, but can get very hot if your car isn't parked in your garage. Also R 1 260.
A more interesting alternative than the silver, the Everest looks rather fetching in Sea Grey, Metallic, also R 1 260.
This colour is called Diffused Silver Metallic, and looks more gold than silver, but we like it! Priced at R 1 260.
This head-turning colour seems to make the Everest glow from the inside...just stunning. Copper Red Metallic is the colour for me! It's one of the optional colours that cost R 1 260.
