Latest Information on Kia Cerato

The Kia Cerato was introduced in South Korea in 2003, sharing a platform with the Hyundai Elantra (XD) and using Hyundai's Beta II (CVVT-enabled) four-cylinder engine. The latest Cerato (hatch and sedan) comes from the desk of Peter Schreyer, Kia’s legendary Chief Design Officer. From its distinctive Kia ‘Tiger Nose’ grille to its clipped rear overhang, the car looks dynamic and sporty. Currently, in its third generation, it remains one of Kia’s top sellers. It is spacious and stylishly appointed, and offers style and comfort that doesn’t break the bank. Also available as the three-door Cerato Koup.
