I don't have enough space to type my entire experience but they lied to me. I have been waiting for more than 3 months for my number plate and a video of me fetching the car. It was my first car, I don't have a video. I am heartbroken!!! -to say the least
Worst experience of my life ! JAC SA HO has a 100% NO CARE attitude. The owner is rude.

Staff incompetent. Since 7/4/26, it has been an issue with registration, docs, etc. Priv plate from trade in not released. Ive requested a quote to extend warranty on day I took delivery, still waiting. I suggest run from dealership as fast as you can.
