I put in a query on a car through autotrader. 2 sales ladies phoned me independently. Neither one had knowledge on the vehicle I was querying about. The one was just ditsy and defensive. She put me off the dealership completely

Since taking delivery, I have experienced multiple issues that raise serious doubts about the vehicle’s condition and overall reliability. These problems include a dent on the door, brakes making a screeching sound even though vehicle is not a year old.
