Nampo Harvest Day goes virtual for 2020!
Due to the worldwide pandemic, the highly-popular Nampo Harvest Day event has gone virtual to adhere to current global standards. Here is everything you need to know.

Grain SA says that the Nampo Harvest Day will revamp its digital presence with a virtual event that will feature most of what attendees would have experienced at the physical event. This will enable the public to attend the event and its various sub-events via their smartphones, tablets or computers. It will connect farmers, suppliers and colleagues with their favourite exhibitors from across the industry, bringing a wealth of agricultural knowledge to your very fingertips. Exhibitors who have responded positively to the virtual event will be able to feature all of their product offerings on the Nampo Virtual platform. This will enable them to showcase their latest innovations and enable visitors to sign up for a one-to-one consultation.
Here's what you can look forward to at Nampo Virtual
Typically Nampo, it's not just tractors and harvesters, there's plenty of fun to be had as well. While we will surely miss the juicy sosaties, biltong, and curry-and-rice vetkoek, virtual visitors will be able to enter exciting competitions, share photos to the online gallery, take part in the daily ladies programme, chat to exhibitors in chatrooms, sign up for free webinar sessions, see interviews with celebrities, and access various forms of entertainment, all from the comfort of our favourite armchair or couch!
Online registration opens on the 1st of September. You must register, as this will be your digital "passport" to access all of the online excitement that Nampo will bring this year from September 9th, so be sure to visit the website to stay up to date with the latest developments.
