1. Powerful, Efficient Engine Options

The Arion 600 has a 6-cylinder DPS engine that delivers between 155 and 205 hp (with power boost via CLAAS Power Management). It meets Stage IV/Tier 4f emissions standards and features eco-friendly technologies like AdBlue and SCR systems. The idle speed automatically drops to 650 rpm, saving fuel when not in motion.

2. Two Smart Transmission Choices

The CLAAS Arion 600 offers two advanced transmission options to enhance performance and reduce operator fatigue. The HEXASHIFT is a 6-speed powershift transmission featuring automatic shifting and SMART STOP technology, which allows clutch-free braking for smoother operation. The CMATIC continuously variable transmission (CVT) is ideal for those seeking seamless acceleration and improved fuel efficiency, particularly for transport and precision tasks. Both systems are built to deliver maximum control and comfort, making long hours in the cab significantly easier.

3. Comfortable Ride with Advanced Suspension

The Arion 600 is designed to keep operators comfortable during long workdays. It features PROACTIV front axle suspension that enhances traction and stability, and a four-point cab suspension system that minimises vibrations on rough terrain. Combined with quiet operation, climate control, and ergonomically designed controls, this tractor offers one of the most comfortable cabins in its class.

4. Intelligent Operator Assistance Systems

CLAAS has equipped the Arion 600 with advanced technology to simplify operations and boost efficiency. The CEMOS smart assistant suggests optimal settings for traction, fuel consumption, tire pressure, and more, helping improve efficiency by up to 12%. Dynamic Steering lets you adjust steering responsiveness instantly at the push of a button, enhancing manoeuvrability.

Additionally, the tractor offers a range of CLAAS GPS steering systems, from manual guidance to full RTK precision steering for pinpoint accuracy. For added safety, the Electronic Park Lock automatically engages the parking brake whenever the operator leaves the seat.

5. Built for Versatility and Heavy Lifting

Whether you’re loading, ploughing, or mowing, the Arion 600 is built to handle it all with up to an 8-ton rear lifting capacity, optional hydraulic flow of 150 L/min, and strong support for high-capacity front loaders. With top speeds reaching 50 km/h, its compact wheelbase and balanced weight distribution make it equally capable in the field and on the road.
