New man at the helm

With more than 17 years at Goodyear under his belt, Piotr Czyzyk moves into his new role as Director for Trentyre and Commercial business in South Africa this month – coming to the job from his role as Commercial Director for Goodyear in Central Europe.

He  has been consulting in Trentyre since February this year and his history includes serving as Retail Development Director (2011), Commercial Director in Poland and Ukraine from 2012 to 2014. He also managed the company’s Truck and Off-The-Road (OTR) tyre business overseeing 16 countries as the Commercial Director in Central Europe between 2015 and 2017. He further held a variety of executive roles in Sales within Goodyear.

Czyzyk reports to Darren Hayes-Powell, Group Managing Director of Goodyear South Africa and Sub-Saharan Africa.

I am confident that Piotr will effectively lead the execution of the Company’s optimal go-to-market approach, further improving satisfaction for our customers and enabling implementation of innovative solutions,” says Hayes-Powell.
