PRTS: Pomona Road Truck Sales is a vibrant company that sells new and used trucks and trailers at affordable prices.  

We offer new and used trucks and trailers, plant equipment, agricultural vehicles as well as light commercial vehicles.  PLUS we offer our customers the added benefit to have a custom made trailer, step-deck or lowbed manufactured right on site. Repairs on items are also done in-house and any spares that we need in the process to meet our customers’ needs are immediately on-hand. We also sell trailer spares to the public.

AutoTrader: How did Pomona Road Truck Sales come into existence? Please tell us a little bit more.

PRTS: In 2013, a gap in the market was identified to provide plant construction equipment and machinery at affordable prices to our customers, mainly construction companies.
With our three directors each specializing in different areas of the market, we created three new companies in addition to Pomona Road Truck Sales Group of Companies: P.R. Plant Sales, P.R. All Sales and P.R. Exports. Through this strategic move we can deliver exceptional service to our customers, worldwide.

PRTS: Our specialised team consist of Wimpie du Toit, our workshop expert, who specialises in spray painting, mechanical repairs, and sales; Harry Donsignore’s areas of expertise are purchasing, stock find, and sales; Fourie van Tonder is in charge of marketing and strategic planning; and Wouter Wolmarans sees to operations management, stock finding, cost control and strategic operations.
