VIDEO REVIEW: Renault Kwid 1.0 Dynamique

The Kwid has received a generous amount of dislike from the motoring press and industry experts. After spending some time with the latest version we can see why, but all is not as it seems as we found out while testing this entry level city car.

Automotive News

The Renault Kwid currently holds the title of the cheapest new car that you can buy in South Africa. The Expression derivative comes in at R137 900 with the Dynamique model, that we tested, costing R147 900.

Renault continues to sell a record number of these small city runabouts and there is a good reason for it. We took one on test for a few days to find out why.
