When the time comes to change the battery in your Vigus you can save yourself a trip to your local battery shop and tackle the job yourself using our easy step by step guide.
You will need:
- New replacement battery for your model (correct amperage)
- 10mm socket and wrench or 10mm spanner
Let's get started!
1. Begin by opening the bonnet
2. Remove the negative terminal using the 10mm socket or spanner
3. Remove the positive terminal using the appropriate size wrench.
4. Use 10mm socket or spanner to remove the hold-down bolts that clamp into the battery tray.
5. Remove old battery
6.Install the new battery.
7. Start the car to make sure everything is working correctly.
