Quest for light
The Toyota Corolla is one of South Africa's longest running name plates. Now in its 13 generation there appears to be no end in sight for its global domination. Here is South Africa, when a new Corolla is introduced the previous generation is not discontinued but carries on its life as a lower spec model as the entry level variation of the name plate.

This model is known as the Quest and as mechanically sound and dependable as these vehicles are, periodical maintenance is required to keep them going right. If you need to replace a taillight bulb we can show you how it's done.
You will need:
- Replacement bulbs for year and model derivative
Let's get it done
1. Open the boot
2. Remove the plastic securing pins along the boot liner behind the light assembly
3. Peel back the liner to reveal the back of the light assembly
4. The larger of the two plugs is the brake and tail light unit, twist clockwise to unclip and remove
5. Exchange bulb (The bulb is merely pushed in, so pull to remove the bulb and push to insert new glass into the holder)
6. Assemble in reverse order
7. Test to ensure proper operation
