Micra-lite
With most modern cars moving over to LED type headlights, the need to replace headlight bulbs is greatly decreased, there are however still plenty of cars on our roads such as the Nissan Micra Active, that use standard halogen headlamp bulbs and unfortunately, they don't last forever and need to be replaced.

Replacing these bulbs isn't that hard to do and can be done in a matter of minutes with no tools required.
You will need:
- Replacement headlight bulbs of the correct wattage
So let's get to it!
- Open the bonnet
- Locate the back of the headlight cluster in the engine bay.
- Remove the connector plug from the back of the bulb.
- Find the cap that covering the bulb housing and remove it
- Locate the spring clip that secures the bulb in place and unclip it.
- Carefully remove the old bulb.
- Insert new bulb into the housing and replace the spring clip, securing the bulb in place.
- Replace the electrical plug and put the bulb cover back.
- Make sure to test the high and low beams before finishing up.
