How to replace a lightbulb on a Hyundai H-1

The Hyundai H-1 crew bus is one of the more popular vehicles in the premium group transport segment. With ample seating and devilishly good looks, the H-1 represents a great deal for those looking for a vehicle of this type.

Keeping your H-1 running in the best condition possible is of utmost importance and having one of your headlight bulbs go out need not be a hassle because we can show you how to replace that headlight bulb in just a few minutes with no tools needed.

 

You will need:

  • Replacement bulbs for your year and model
  • Soft cloth (for wiping down areas)

 

Let's get it done


1. Open the bonnet.

 

2. Locate the back of the headlight cluster.

 

3. Remove the cover by unscrewing anti-clockwise.

 

4. After removing the wire plug, firmly grip and twist the bulb anti-clockwise to remove it.

 

5. Replace globe, reassemble in reverse order, repeat on the opposite side and then test system to ensure everything works.
