The Mazda2 has proven to be a favourite amongst fans of the brand. With it being in production for a fairly long time there are a number of these models in the second hand market and some of these older models may be requiring replacement of the headlight bulbs. You won't need to send your car into the mechanics to have them replaced as you can tackle this DIY task with ease.

You will need:

  • Replacement H4 headlight bulbs

 

Let's get it done:

 

1. Open the bonnet.

 

2. Locate the back of the headlight and remove the wiring plug.

 

3. Remove the rubber cover.

 

4. Depress the retaining clip and remove the old light bulb.

 

5. Install new light bulb and reassemble in reverse order.
