If your windshield wipers are no longer functioning, they will need to be replaced.

Panda Panda Panda

There's no denying that the Fiat Panda and its brother the Panda Cross, ooze a certain type of Euro-cool that many younger drivers just love. Being cool though won't help much if you can't see where you are going because your windshield wipers no longer function correctly due to age and wear. If your windshield wipers are no longer functioning sufficiently they will need to be replaced before you actually need them.

This is a relatively simple job that you can do in a matter of minutes in your driveway without any tools needed.

You will need:

  • New wiper blades that fit your model year
  • Soft cloth

Let's get started!

  • Make sure that you have the proper replacement wiper blades for your year and model.
  • Lift the wiper arm up.
  • Push or pull the retaining clip upwards to release the old blade.
  • Remove the old blade ( Don't let the wiper arm go or it will smash into your windscreen! )
  • Insert the new blade and push/pull the retainer clip back into place.
  • Wipe down the windscreen so as not to contaminate the rubber of the new blades
  • Put the wiper arm back down.
  • Test the system with the washer jets activated.

PRO TIP: DO NOT dry activate the new wipers if your windscreen is still dirty, the microscopic dirt will damage the new blades before they have had a chance to work.
