Step by step guide on how to change wiper blades on a 2016 BMW 328i.
1. Release the old blade
Starting on the driver's side, open the clip that holds the wiper in place. You will notice the clip has two small wings in the back and a tab in the front. If you push the wiper down, the tab will pop out of its slot. If the OEM blades are still on the car then it would work in reverse by pushing down the blade and the wings would disengage.
2. Attach the adapter
Put the adapter on to the blade by lining up the 'v' on the adapter with the 'v' on the blade. To secure it, snap it into place.
3. Position the new blade
Again, depending on whether it's OEM or not, you will need to align the wings with the corresponding tabs on the adapter.
4. Lock the new blade
Lock the new blade into place by pushing the wiper towards the tab. It will then pop into its slot. A clicking sound should confirm it's in place and you're all done.
5. Repeat
Repeat the process for the wiper on the passenger side of your BMW 328i.
