Identifying that customers were looking for an EcoSport derivative with a more rugged look, that slots in somewhere between the Trend and Titanium grades, Ford created the EcoSport Active, an attractive package that offers more bang for your buck.
Difference between the EcoSport and EcoSport Active
The Ford EcoSport Trend is already well-equipped but the Active variant offers a little more. In the Ford EcoSport Active, you will get the following over and above the standard equipment on the Trend.
1. Partial leather seats.
No full-cloth seats here! In the Active model you get lovely partial leather seats for added durability and an air of luxury.
2. Wheels.
The wheels fitted to the Active measure in at 17-inches and are finished off in a gloss black.
3. Black detailing.
The front grille on the Active is finished off in black, as are the headlight surrounds, fog lamps and the front and rear diffuser elements. These complement the black wheel arch extensions and graphics package that has been applied to the EcoSport Active. More black detailing can be found in the wing mirror caps, and roof rails.
4. Tinted.
The rear windows receive privacy tinting to help safeguard your little ones, both in summer and at night. Keeping the sun and wandering eyes out is invaluable in this day and age.
5. Colours.
The EcoSport Active is available in 4 distinct colours. Frozen White is the more common one, but the Active also gets to choose between Luxe Yellow, Solar Silver and Magnetic Dark grey.
