It can be argued that those shopping for a Bentley do not have a specific budget in mind, with most models that leave the Crewe-based factory being generously specified with personalised options, trims, and colours, driving the list price up dramatically. That being said, there are certainly more affordable base price Bentley products in the British brand's portfolio, and it just so happens that two models are tied, namely, the Bentayga V8 and the Flying Spur V8 when it comes to the most affordable variants.

The cheapest Bentley
At the time of writing this article, the most affordable Bentley models were the Flying Spur V8 and the Bentayga V8, both of which had a retail price of R3 950 000 before options. Both models are powered by a 4.0-litre turbocharged V8 petrol engine that produces 404kW and 776Nm of torque which is sent through all four wheels via an 8-speed dual-clutch automatic gearbox.
In terms of comfort items, occupants can expect climate control, cruise control, heated steering wheel, electric and heated front seats, navigation, and keyless entry/start as standard. Both models feature 8 airbags, ISOFIX child seat anchor points, and a raft of electronic safety systems including lane change assist and blind-spot monitor.
