Definitely, the best time is at the end of the year, the last 3 months of the year. Many people are buying new vehicles, everybody's considering this in the December holidays, they're getting bonuses, and often have a budget for a new car. - Wihaan Robertse, from Intertoy Toyota in Brits. 

If you want to narrow it down even more, the final week of the year is the perfect time to buy. However, the first week of the year is also a good time as car sales are typically low while people are still on holiday and not thinking about acquiring a new or used car. It's also worth noting that buying a car in January means you may pay a little more, but your car will fall into the following year, increasing its value slightly.
