1. 3 year/60 000km Genuine AutoMotion Service Plan
The Volkswagen Caddy range (excluding 1,6i) comes standard with a 3 year / 60 000km Service Plan. The service plan will cover service items required by your vehicle for three years or up-to 60 000km, whichever comes first. These items generally include items such as: Spark Plugs, Air Filter, Pollen Filter, Engine Oil, Petrol Filter, Sump Plug, Brake Fluid, Engine Cleaner, Consumables and Labour. The benefits of this is that when your car needs a service and is within its contractual time frame, you, the customer need only to book it in, drop it off and collect it when completed. All costs are covered by your plan and services are every 15 000km.
2. Warranty & Paint 3 years / 120 000km
The Caddy Trendline and Alltrack, being the more lifestyle options also come standard with a paint warranty as well as a 12 year corrosion warranty as standard. The paint warranty save guards the paint on the car for any manufacturer defects that may occur within the first three years. The paint work however must be cared for in accordance with the recommended guidelines set out in the handbook. As for the corrosion warranty, that covers the internal body sections and panels of your Volkswagen against rusting through from the inside for a period of 12 years.
