Top extras you should fit on a new Lexus IS

The Lexus IS is a premium compact sedan that competes with the Mercedes-Benz C-Class, Audi A4, Jaguar XE, and BMW 3 Series. If you're wondering what extras to opt for when buying your new IS, you're in for a nice surprise. Lexus believes that you shouldn't have to pay extra for anything.
It's only on older or pre-loved models that you will be able to retrofit whatever it is that your heart desires, such as non-OEM rear-view cameras, Bluetooth, and so forth.
The only Lexus "optional extras" come in the form of:
- Finance products such as FutureDrive
- Instalment Finance Plans, and
- Insurance Products
Lexus says: "FutureDrive offers affordable monthly instalments, over shorter repayment periods with the peace of mind of a guaranteed future value at the end of the term. More importantly, you can choose what you do with your Lexus at the end of the term, with options ranging from handing your Lexus back, trading in your Lexus for a brand new model, refinancing the outstanding balloon amount with Lexus Financial Services and keeping your vehicle, or paying the outstanding amount outright."
Under insurance products, Lexus offers:
- A credit protection policy
- Deposit protector policy
- GAPP (Guaranteed Auto Protection Plan)
- And a retrenchment policy. The latter "will take care of your monthly vehicle instalment, leaving you to focus on finding alternative employment without the worry of monthly vehicle instalments."
