Top active and passive safety features that can be found in the Haval H2.
When Chad Lückhoff covered a review on the Haval H2 1.5T Luxury Auto, he had this to say:

5-star ANCAP
Back in 2017, the received a 5-star ANCAP (Australasia New Car Assessment Program) rating for safety tests.
This 5-star rating, announced on 30th October 2017, had an overall score of 34.88 (out of 37). The score was calculated from the Frontal Offset Test 13.88 (out of 16), Side Impact Test 16.00 (out of 16), Pole Test 2.00 (out of 2), Whiplash Protection – Good, Pedestrian Protection – Acceptable, ESC – Standard, and Seat Belt Reminders 3.00 (out of 3).
This announcement came in the same month that China’s Automobile Technology & Research centre conducted its most rigorous open rollover test, carried out in the Real Car collision laboratory, in Tianjin for the first time.
“We applied the most meticulous and uncompromising technological standards. This safety collision evaluation system met all the global market requirements,” said vice-president, Samuel Chen.
That safety test meets the requirements in both China and the EU, and even parts of the laws and regulations of the US and NCAP.
The Haval H2 comes standard with a high level of active and passive safety features. Here are some of the top features:
1. Airbags
Six airbags can be found in the cabin. These consist of dual frontal, side and curtain airbags. Airbags deploy immediately to reduce impact forces and minimise the potential for injury. Full-length side curtain airbags provide additional protection for rear-seat passengers.
2. Cameras
Reversing Camera (LUX model) + Reversing Sensor
The perfect combination of reversing sensor and reversing camera provides you with accurate information when backing out of your driveway or car park.
LH Kerb Side Camera
The area around the left front wheel is captured by a camera in the left rearview mirror, enabling the driver to clearly see kerbside blind spots to enhance safety.
3. TPMS (Tyre Pressure Monitoring System)
The H2 safety system constantly monitors tyre pressures for optimum performance and economy.
4. Front-row Active Headrest (LUX model)
Front-row headrests provide additional protection from injury by moving forward slightly and further cradling the neck and head.
5. ESP (Electronic Stability Program) (AT only)
The latest generation Bosch ESP keeps the H2 on your chosen path and helps prevent slipping and skidding.
