The safety and build quality are key aspects in what makes the H2 stand out. It also has some unique systems like the 3D fashionable multi-functional dashboard.
1. 5-Star Safety
The received a 5 Star rating in the C-NCAP (China-New Car Assessment Program) crash testing.
As Haval is continuously working on customer safety, this was recognised by ANCAP (Australian New Car Assessment Program) which also rewarded Haval with a 5 Star for the Haval H2 with Dual Frontal, Side and Curtain airbags.
The H2 received an overall score of 34.88 out of 37. This was made up of the Frontal Offset Test 13.88 out of 16, Side Impact Test 16.00 out of 16, Pole Test 2.00 out of 2, Whiplash Protection Good, Pedestrian Protection Acceptable, ESC Standard and Seat Belt Reminders 3.00 out of 3.
“We applied the most meticulous and uncompromising technological standards. This safety collision evaluation system met all the global market requirements,” said vice-president, Samuel Chen.
The safety test meets the requirements in both China and the EU, and even parts of the laws and regulations of the US and NCAP.
