The Renault Duster made its first appearance locally in 2013 and has since become a favourite amongst crossover buyers. Subsequent to its initial introduction, Renault has made some revisions with the most recent range update taking place in 2020. While over the years the recipe hasn't changed all that much, the French automaker has made the model a lot more attractive in terms of styling and standard specification.
One of its biggest drawing cards is its capable and very frugal powertrain options. Two engines service the five derivatives on offer, the first being a 1.6-litre, 4-cylinder petrol motor capable of 84 kW and 156 Nm of torque and returning a claimed average fuel consumption figure of 7.0 L / 100 km.
The star of the show, however, is the 1.5-litre, turbocharged, 4-cylinder diesel motor producing 66 kW and 210 Nm of torque but returns a claimed average fuel consumption figure of 4.8 L / 100 km. Let us take a look at what colours are available and what you can expect to pay for a new Renault Duster at the time of writing this article.
Colour options
As per standard specification, the Renault Duster is sold in a solid white finish. There are, however, a variety of metallic paint finishes optionally available for a small premium.
