Heated seats are considered a luxury item in cars and in South Africa with our hot climate, it seems a bit odd to spec a vehicle with that feature. However, it's worth mentioning that South Africa in its winter months can be quite brutal to the point where the dry and icy winds can even have snow added to the mix in some areas. Cue the Proton X50 with the slogan 'Affordable Luxury'. Proton Motors has stepped its game up with its new offerings. The X50 is one of the flagship products and Proton has given its all with this model. Sporty styling and Malaysian interior design makes this a more distinctive product compared to Protons of old. The luxury is out of the wazoo for the X50. You have some features like a panoramic sunroof, 6-way driver seat adjustment and even an air purifier system to name a few.
