Haval set the sales charts on fire with the introduction of the Jolion and followed up that success with the sporty S model. Featuring black styling accents and an uprated turbocharged engine, the Jolion makes for the perfect family crossover.

As with most family vehicles in SA, drivers love having the option to tow an array of trailers whether it's a boat, a caravan, or a camping trailer, a vehicle's ability to tow is a must-have, but can the Haval Jolion S tow a trailer?

The Haval Jolion can tow a trailer however it is not fitted with a towbar from the showroom floor, but the dealer will fit an approved solution if you request it, at a cost. The towing capacity of the 2023 Haval Jolion supports up to 1500kg braked, while the maximum load for any vehicle without using trailer brakes is 750kg. As GWM has not officially released tow rating figures for the S model, it is highly advisable to consult your dealer before deciding to tow.
