1. Air Suspension
The air suspension option sees the Touareg fitted with a self-levelling and height-adjustable air suspension. Bundled in with this option is the electronic damper control that improves the ride quality by constantly adjusting how firm or soft the suspension is, depending on how you're driving. In addition, you will also get all-wheel steering which makes parking and manoeuvring the large SUV considerably easier.

2. R-Line Package
Let's face it, the R-Line package is the one you want. While it does little to improve the way that the vehicle actually drives you will be thankful that you opted for the R-Line package each and every time you approach your car. It will also help with your future resale value.
The R-Line package adds "R" style body-coloured bumper and lower door sills and changes the radiator grille to a more aggressive look.

3. Innovision Cockpit
Enter into the modern digital age will a full-digital display for your gauges, infotainment and comfort controls with the Innovision Cockpit. This option will see your Touareg fitted with a 15-inch touch screen infotainment and control centre that ties in seamlessly with a 12-inch display in the instrument binnacle. From here you will be able to control all the vehicle functions and settings as well as access a host of additional features.
Included with the Innovision Cockpit is the premium navigation system, USB interface for iPhone/iPods and 2x charging sockets, wireless charging and a gloss black trim.

4. DYNAUDIO Consequence Sound System
There's no point in going to town on the looks and infotainment system if you're still going to play your music through the standard system. Supplementing the high-tech Innovision Cockpit with a DYNAUDIO sound system will have you smiling from ear to ear as the 12-speaker audio system (with active subwoofer and 16-channel amplifier) recreates your favourite songs with crystal clarity and detail. This system is rather impressive and churns out a total of 730 W.

5. Lane Keep Assist and Lane Change Side Assist
Bundled together, the Lane Keep Assist and Lange Change Assist systems not only make long-distance driving more enjoyable and less tiring, but they serve as vital safety upgrades as well.
Lane Keep Assist will monitor the road markings and gently steer the Touareg to keep it between the lines, helping prevent accidents caused by drifting into oncoming traffic. Lane Change Side Assist will alert you to the presence of another car in your blind spot, helping warn you that it's unsafe to change lanes.

6. Alloy wheels
Another visual enhancement comes in the form of a selection of alloy wheels that you can choose at the time of ordering. The standard fitment is the 19-inch Esperance alloy design but at no additional cost, you can bump that up to the sporty 20-inch Nevada alloys wheel and tyre combination. If you're looking for a more supple, compliant ride, you can down-size to an 18-inch Concordia design - helpful if you're planning on taking your Touareg off-road.
