Latest Information on Smart Fortwo
The Smart Fortwo is a two-seat city car that has been in production since 1998. It has also been marketed as the smart City-Coupé. It is being manufactured at a Daimler assembly plant, called Smartville, in Hambach, France. The Smart Fortwo is manufactured in two bodystyles, both with a mono-box configuration, a Coupé (hatchback) and a Cabrio (convertible). Second generation models were launched in 2007. In this range, a derivative with automatic start-stop was introduced. Even cars as small as this one deserves a sports model. A Brabus version of the Smart Fortwo was available as well as an all-electric version. Third generation models were launched in 2014 and were co-developed with the third generation Renault Twingo.
