Latest Information on Mercedes-Benz GL
The GL-Class is a luxurious seven-seater SUV produced since 2006. It shares underlying architecture with the M-Class. As off 2015, after the launch of the facelifted second generation model the name was then changed to the GLS-Class, GL being the base name with the “G” standing for geländewagen (German for off-road vehicle) and the “S” representative of being the SUV equivalent to the S-Class. At the top of the range is the high performing GL 63 AMG that features a 415 kW V8 engine. The GL-Class is an extremely good looking range, provides cosseting ride quality and good space.
