The Accord has achieved considerable success from one generation to the next. It is currently in its ninth generation and also has hybrid models on the Japanese market. Three trim levels are available: Elegance, Executive and Exclusive with a choice of a 2.0-litre or 2.4-litre four-cylinder engine, while there is also availability of a beefy 3.5-litre V6 engine producing 207 kW with peak torque of 339 Nm. Power produced by the 2.0-litre is 114 kW together with 190 Nm of torque while the 2.4-litre produces 132 kW combined with 225 Nm torque.
