Latest Information on Foton Tunland
The Foton Tunland is a budget pickup/bakkie that has been in production since 2014. It doesn’t rival up to competitors like the Toyota Hilux, Ford Ranger, VW Amarok or Isuzu KB but is an affordable alternative. However, it has better build quality than the first lot of Chinese bakkies to hit our shores. Its 2.8-litre Cummins ISF turbodiesel engine matches up to the Toyota Hilux 3.0-litre in power and exceeds in torque. It has a payload of 975kg and 220mm ground clearance. The Foton Tunland is available in 4x2 and 4x4 versions. By which the 4x2 offers considerable value if not needed for off-roading.
