The Chevrolet Sonic nameplate is now used to market the Chevrolet Aveo which originally debuted in 2011 and was manufactured by Daewoo at the time. Available in hatch and sedan versions, the Sonic is offered with 1.3-, 1.4-, and 1.6-litre engines with power ranging from 70-85 kW. The Sonic provides supple handling and a spacious interior making it a practical choice for a budget-minded class. The MyLink system is also offered as standard on LT, LTZ and RS trims with the CD player having been dropped across all models.
