The BMW M6 was first produced between 1983 and 1989. Newer models were then brought back in 2005 and stopped again in 2010. In 2012 it had reintroduction back into the market. Throughout the lifespan of the M6 it has continued to keep its distinct "shark-nose" styling. The current F12/F13 M6 contains a 4.4-litre V8 engine with two twin-scroll turbochargers mated to a 7-speed M-DCT gearbox producing 418 kW that allows it to sprint from 0–100 km/h in 4.2 seconds, even though it’s heavier than its predecessor. It is also capable of a 0-200 km/h sprint of 12.6 seconds. The third generation models also encloses sophisticated technology systems such as BMW Night Vision, Head-Up Display, Surround View, Anti-Dazzle High-Beam Assist and the Navigation System Professional.
