Hello there,
Tyres can be a pain to sort but have no fear. What you can do is keep the rim size the same but play around with the tyre width (165) and the profile (80). Check the door sill of your Swift or owners manual to see if they recommended alternative sizes too as you need to consider load and speed ratings as well, in this instance I'll assume with the tyre you've mentioned that it's 85T. If such info isn't there, you can look at perhaps a lower profile tyre at around 70 for example as it's close enough to the factory size and bear in mind that going with a lower profile tyre will affect your ride quality but a 165/70/R14 is easier to find but has a lower load rating at 81 yet retains the T speed rating.
Shop around at different tyre shops to see if they have the exact size you mentioned since 14 inches are a fairly common size.
