Hello there,
Good question. As far as Roadworthy and Dekra certifications go, it's up to the dealer selling to car to state if those assessments have been done. We as AutoTrader don't handle those assessments so if you saw a particular vehicle you're interested in, it's best to contact said dealer and request such documentation if you're interested in buying the vehicle. Dealers usually don't hesitate when potential customers need that extra assurance when buying a car so don't be afraid to ask.
