Provided the chassis are the same, theoretically the window should fit but be weary of different trim levels as there may be minute differences that could cause the window to not fit in your car.
A quick Google Search should yield who supply automotive glass near you besides the usual glass suppliers. It also helps to speak to Renault specialists as they tend to know where to find or even happen to have your glass per chance.
