Hello there,
That's not a bad deal for the X-Class albeit the X-Class can be more expensive to but compared to other rivals. As far as reliability goes, the bakkie is fairly solid however there was a recall issued internationally for a possible Autonomous Emergency Braking glitch and a new owners manual being required because it was incorrect in multiple examples. In terms of alternatives to the Hilux, consider the Isuzu D-Max, Mitsubishi Triton and even the GWM P-Series. Those should fall within your budget.
