Regarding your question, we'd say that a newer (second-generation) Cerato Koup will fit the bill quite nicely. It looks almost as good as the first-generation model, but it has a nice improvement in performance. It should also carry forwards those attributes you like in your old car (reliable and affordable to run), and its steep depreciation means that you can get a 2016 example around R 220 000. That's great value for a very nice car!
