We're afraid that the news isn't great for Caddy owners in South Africa: the brand left our shores years ago, and General Motors withdrew from South Africa in 2017 as well. As a result, the chances of finding a water tank from an OEM agent is slim to none.
However you may be able to come right at an Opel or SAAB breaker's yard, because these cars used many Opel components (and the BLS was essentially a re-skinned SAAB 9-3). You may have to modify some brakcets here and there, but the chances are that an Opel or SAAB water tank can be made to work as a replacement.
