AutoTrader doesn't deal in car parts (of any brand), seeing as we're a portal to bring car buyers and sellers together. Unfortunately, diesel Jeeps are often very expensive to maintain in South Africa, due to the absence of RHD-market, diesel-drivetrain parts on the aftermarket. This means that many parts can only be sourced (after a long wait and a lot of money) from the OEM dealership.
However, some aftermarket specialists do exist. You may want to give American SUV a call for starters - if they can't help you (or are too far away), they may be able to point you towards someone closer to you to help you sort your Jeep's needs.
