Hi there
You definitely won't harm your vehicle if you switch from 93 to 95 octane now. In fact, you may slow down any possible damage that may have resulted from using 93 thus far (if any exist).
Here's an easy way to determine which fuel your car prefers, using the engine's control unit to make the decision on your behalf:
Seeing as you've been running on 93 octane for a while now, you should have a good idea of your car's fuel consumption on 93. Now drive the car until the tank is in the reserve zone (red on the gauge), then fill up with 95. Drive out that tank of 95 as well as the next one, using your normal driving style, and refilling with 95 every time. After three tanks, your car's engine control unit will have adapted to the 95 octane, and if that's what it prefers, you will notice reduced fuel consumption. If your fuel consumption (or even the available performance) doesn't show an improvement, you may as well save some money and revert to 93 octane, but if it becomes lighter on fuel, it's indicating that the car really prefers 95.
Hope this helps!
