Hi there
While both of your options are highly suitable for rural and urban roads, we'd be inclined to choosing the Suzuki. There are a few reasons for this: the Suzuki has a longer-travel suspension and longer wheelbase (which makes it better on poor-quality roads), and it is screwed-together a bit better than the Ford (so it should be more resistant to developing trim rattles as it ages). On top of that, the Baleno also has a lot more space in the cabin and the boot, and it's much cheaper to fuel, maintain and insure.
