Unfortunately, this is as much as we currently know about these vehicle, but it's fairly safe to say that ~R65 000 (which is the lowest price mentioned for the Qute model) can buy you a real (albeit used) car with vastly better safety standards, more power, and more space. Literally anything else would be more suitable to typical South African driving conditions, unless you plan to use it purely as a toy, small business delivery vehicle (for very light loads in flat areas), or short-distance (as in 5 km or so each way) commuter.
