Hi there!
The W202 C180 used an M111 engine in a very conservative state of tune, which is calibrated to accommodate almost any petrol grade. In your case, it will happily run on 93 octane petrol, although 95 octane might release some extra power and improved economy.
To test this, run the car for 3 full tanks on 93 and record the actual fuel consumption over those full tanks. Then run it for 3 full tanks on 95 and again record the actual fuel consumption. If it uses less fuel when running on 95, start feeding it 95 on a consistent basis, because doing so will improve the efficiency and save money in the long term.
Hope this helps!
