Wow, that is a beauty, and very rare, too! A quick browse through our listings show only two Ute SSVs, priced at R330 000 and R380 000, respectively. They look great, too, but with higher mileage than yours. Here's the though: with a very specialised car like this, its value is determined by its supporter base. A very low-mileage car like yours should be worth considerably more to the right buyer (one with a lust for V8 goodness and the money to buy some of that), and may even reach low-to-mid R420 000 range if the right enthusiast sees it.
For a more accurate assessment, we'd recommed you find a local Lumina owner's club, and contact them to find out how much these cars are worth to their target market. Relying on normal market forces, we unfortunately don't see this car breaching the R400 000 mark, so it's time to get creative to market it...
