Hi there
The 1.0T Fiestas all use the same engine, but it's tuned to produce more power in the Titanium (when equipped with a manual gearbox - 92 kW instead of 74 kW). They are dimensionally identical as well, and the only difference comes in the wheels (17-inch for Titanium, 16-inch for Trend) and some sportier styling bits for the Titanium. In addition, the Titanium spec also includes more toys in the cabin, such as automatic climate control, a leather steering wheel, cruise control, navigation, keyless entry, auto wipers, and heated front seats.
In short, the Titanium has a lot of extra goodies inside the cabin, looks nicer, and has more power (at least, with a manual gearbox). It also costs a fair bit more, but at least the price premium appears to be worth it - for the right buyer.
Hope this helps!
