Hi there
Your Peugeot's engine has a high compression ratio, which generally means that it demands the highest available octane value. However, if your driving style is mostly conservative, you may find that there's very little difference in consumption between the two. If it has a turbo engine, you have to stick to the 95 octane, however!
This trend does vary from car to car, so your best bet would be to experiment a little:
Drive until the car's tank is almost empty of the 95 octane fuel, then refuel with 93 octane. Drive until that tank is almost empty (this is just to "flush out" any remaining 95), then fill up with 93 again. Measure your car's fuel consumption over the next two or three tanks of 93 octane, and then compare to the results you already have on 95 octane. This is the only sure way of knowing what your car really wants...
Hope this helps!
