Hi there
Unfortunately, the terms and conditions of your maintenance plan clearly stipulates that any modifications will immediately render both the maintenance plan and the warranty null and void - in other words, they will both be cancelled. This is to avoid unneccessary expenses to the manufacturer, who has no control over the quality of modifications, and can thus not be held liable for possible repair costs of said modified cars.
The long and the short? Yes, if you modify the car in any way, the warranty and maintenance plan will both become invalid - even a minor mod such as a downpipe.
Hope this helps
