Hi there
The main difference between a Volkswagen Polo Comfortline and a Highline is in the engine bay - the Highline has 15 kW and 25 Nm more than the Comfortline (85 kW/200 Nm against 70 kW/175 Nm). The Highline has fancier alloy wheels and a few more toys inside, such as a better infotainment system, but those can be added to a Comfortline as options.
Hope this helps!

The easiest way to tell them apart is by looking at the door handles/mirror caps and wheels: Concept- and Trendline come standard with black door handles and mirror caps, while those are finished in body colour on Comfort- and Highline. Highline and Comfortline also have alloy wheels as standard (15-inch on Comfortline and 16-inch on Highline), while Concept- and Trendline have steel wheels with plastic hubcaps.
